V-SAT Cloud Network ("V-SAT," "we," "us") offers cloud platform and configuration services, which include, but are not limited to, smart dedicated servers, graphics processing units, object storage, content delivery network services, and continuous data protection backup services (referred to as "Services"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by V-SAT Media Network ("Provider"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

V-SAT Media Network provides broadcasting and telecasting solutions, including but not limited to sales of broadcasting equipment, studio design and setup services, customized studio PC assembly, and technical support and maintenance.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree not to:

1. Use our services in any way that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.


2. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services or to any other user's account.


3. Use our services to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable.


4. Engage in any activity that interferes with the proper functioning of our services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided as part of our services, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of V-SAT Media Network or its licensors or OEMs and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any such content without the express written permission of V-SAT Media Network.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services rendered by V-SAT Media Network shall be made in accordance with the terms outlined in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, V-SAT Media Network shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

7. Termination

V-SAT Media Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and destroy any copies of materials obtained from our services.

8. Changes to Terms

V-SAT Media Network reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which V-SAT Media Network operates.
