Clients may cancel services with V-SAT Media Network at any time, but refunds may be subject to terms outlined in the service agreement or invoice. Cancellations must be made in writing or by contacting our customer support team. V-SAT Media Network reserves the right to charge cancellation fees or retain a portion of prepaid fees for services already rendered.
The cancellation request will adhere to the following guidelines:
• To request a cancellation, please submit your request to the billing department by sending a mail to support@vsatmedia.com.
• Kindly ensure that the cancellation request is submitted using the primary email address associated with your V-SAT account.
